Emergency plumbing
A pipe is leaking, a tap won’t close or the drain is backing up. We arrange for a plumber to come as soon as possible.
In an emergency every minute counts. When you call, we ask three things: the address, what is leaking and whether the main valve is closed. Then we arrange for an available plumber to come to you.
On site the damage is stopped first, then the cause and price are explained before repairs begin. If the repair needs a part that isn’t at hand, the system is made safe and a new time is agreed.

Questions
What should I do before the plumber arrives?
Close the main water valve, switch off power near the leak and collect the water. Photograph the damage for your insurer.
Is a night call-out more expensive?
Between 22:00 and 07:00 and on public holidays a night surcharge applies to the call-out. The exact price is given before work starts.
