Kiirhaldus24 processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
Through the contact form, email and phone calls: name, phone number, email address, job address and a description of the problem. We do not ask for any other personal data.
What we use it for
To respond to your request, prepare a quote, organise and carry out the work, issue invoices and meet warranty obligations.
How long we keep it
Requests that did not lead to a job are kept for 6 months. Data on completed work is kept for the warranty period and the term required by accounting law.
Who we share it with
Data is never sold or shared for marketing. To organise the work we may share data with the partner company carrying it out, only to the extent needed to fulfil the request. Our accounting provider can also see it.
Your rights
