These are the jobs we organise most often. Deep cleaning is a thorough clean that also covers the spots a regular clean skips, such as the inside of kitchen cupboards, limescale in the bathroom, skirting boards, radiators and doors. After-renovation cleaning removes building dust, paint and plaster residue and protective film once the work is finished. Move-out cleaning gets a flat ready for handover or for new residents. We also organise office cleaning, stairwell cleaning and window cleaning.

Deep cleaning makes sense when a regular clean is no longer enough: in spring and autumn, before the holidays, after a long time away or before putting a home on the market. After-renovation cleaning is needed whenever work has been done indoors, because fine building dust settles on surfaces, in ventilation grilles and on furniture even after the first vacuuming.

Move-out cleaning is useful when a tenancy ends and the flat has to be returned clean, or when you would rather move into a new home only after it has been cleaned thoroughly. If renovation is still under way, it is worth planning the cleaning together with the schedule for renovation and construction work, so the cleaners arrive right after the last trades leave.

Ordering takes four steps, and you deal with a single contact throughout.

First, you tell us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone which rooms need cleaning and what kind of clean you want, adding photos if you like. Second, we confirm the floor area, how dirty the premises are, access and a suitable time. Third, we send a quote that sets out the scope of work and names the contractor and the contracting party. Fourth, we organise the cleaning at the agreed time. Afterwards you can give feedback or report anything that was missed, and we arrange for it to be put right as agreed.

The price of cleaning depends mainly on the floor area, the type of clean and how dirty the premises are. In our price list, move-out cleaning starts from €2.60 per m² and after-renovation cleaning from €3.20 per m². The exact price is set out in the quote.

Other factors include the number of windows and how easy they are to reach, the condition of the kitchen and bathroom, how much furniture there is, whether paint or silicone residue has to be removed, whether the work happens on a weekday or at the weekend, and whether it is a one-off job or a regular schedule. For regular office and stairwell cleaning, the price is agreed according to frequency and the areas covered.

For apartment associations and companies we organise both one-off jobs and regular cleaning on an agreed schedule. Stairwell cleaning usually covers washing the floors, wiping handrails, letterboxes and doors, and cleaning windows where needed.

Office cleaning can be booked outside working hours so it does not disrupt day-to-day business. Association boards find it convenient when cleaning, technical property maintenance and pressure washing and outdoor drainage maintenance, such as facade or paving washing, all go through the same contact. Invoices, schedules and agreements then sit in one place.
